LUMO’s new Wellington screens mark continued expansion in the Capital

LUMO has kicked off its 2024 build schedule with the addition of two screens in Wellington, extending its coverage in the city to 12 digital billboards. The New Zealand owned DOOH (Digital Out of Home) network now boast a daily audience reach of over half million impressions in the Capital.

Located strategically on the main arterial of Waterloo Quay, the screens are located in proximity to Sky Sport Stadium, Wellington Railway Station and the Wellington City Port, positioned to capture the bustling traffic flow in and out of Wellington CBD.

Positioned with the backdrop of the cityscape, LUMO-Waterloo Quay In reaches audience exiting off Wellington’s motorway into downtown, whilst LUMO-Waterloo Quay Out sees high numbers of outbound traffic heading to the motorway interchange, and Wellington’s Western and Northern suburbs.

According to audience data provided by LENS Analytics, the LUMO-Waterloo Quay IN screen boasts an average of 42,918 daily contacts, while the LUMO-Waterloo Quay OUT screen reaches 44,172 daily impressions.

Phil Clemas, CEO of LUMO Digital Outdoor, commented, "Wellington has a unique topography which makes site selection particularly important, and these two new LUMO screens are good examples of matching the local environment with high-value advertising opportunities for our clients."
