Premium Co-Working Office
Textile Lofts is a premium co-working office, located in Parnell’s fast-growing industrial precinct. Co-working and shared office spaces allow businesses to hand over the responsibilities of signing long term leases, fitting out and furnishing office space, arranging network and printing services, and ongoing management of daily office tasks and supplies.
Challenge
Face to face is ultimately the most effective way to engage with both potential customers and existing members. Physical and online advertising, maintaining a social media presence and word of mouth all contribute towards getting a person through the door.
Maximising social areas was a key part of their floor plan to provide a space for those types of interactions going forward. A significant portion of the space is dedicated to a café and bar area which is essentially a mixed use zone – people working on sofas, others eating and chatting at tables. All of their events are centred around this space and they’ve been maintaining an active social calendar since they opened.
Solution
DOOH can reach a large number of people in a targeted area so it helps to drive public awareness to the right audience. Nowadays most people spend a lot of time glued to a phone or laptop screen and one ad can roll into the next with little impact on the consumer. They chose digital billboards to announce their brand and message in a powerful way to people when they are out of the office and open to engagement.
Result
The Textile Lofts office doubled in size last year and expanded again this year so the immediate plan is to continue improving their current offering – they have new meeting rooms under construction and some other updates to their facilities coming. They are at full occupancy now so hopefully they can find a new space next year for those that have missed out.
