Who We Are

Phil Clemas

Co-founder & CEO
Phil has been involved in media for most of his working life with a passion for outdoor media that started when he joined APN Outdoor in 2008 as GM. He has accumulated knowledge and hard-earned experience during his time in the industry and is very excited about the opportunity LUMO offers to introduce game-changing tech-innovations and to set new performance standards in the OOH sector.

Kent Harrison

Co-founder & Executive Vice President
Kent fell into the outdoor advertising space 15 years ago and has never wanted to leave. The evolving nature of the medium, the characters associated with the category and the clients who have evolved into friends over the years have kept Kent passionate about the outdoor space. LUMO is at the forefront of evolving digital billboards into smart information providers and has a clear strategy to lead this charge over the coming years.

Jamie Snow

Design & Production Manager
As a creative Jamie’s learnt his trade from industry leading professionals and built an in depth understanding of the business behind outdoor media. Working with World Summit Award winning digital teams and Out of Home powerhouses has driven Jamie’s passion for the outdoor space. Jamie uses his constantly evolving knowledge to keep LUMO as an industry leader and technology lead innovator.

Stacey Gattsche

GM Of Sales
Stacey launched her career in Outdoor back in 2006 starting as coordinator for what was then Look & Buspak. Stacey loves the industry and over the years has developed long-term business relationships with many which has helped her expand her influence and grow her excitement about the potential DOOH has for her agencies and advertising clients. Every day, she witnesses the way digital is changing the landscape and truly enjoys being part of the transformation.

Zac Columbus

Agency Account Manager
Zac has been surrounded by media his entire life. Growing up with a father who was a radio broadcaster and a mother who has spent much of her working life in media sales, After a short stint with LUMO in late 2017, and impressing the owners, Zac found what that career pathway should look like. He was offered a permanent sales position soon after and the rest, as they say, is history. Zac is excited and is already making a big impact.

Jack Plowright

Agency Account Director & Head of Programmatic
Jack’s early career was agency side and over six busy years, he worked with many interesting and challenging accounts including Air NZ, McDonalds and American Express just to name a few. He is highly respected and admired by his clients and peers alike and brings a wealth of media experience to the business. Jack is most excited about the creative possibilities digital outdoor offers and in particular, LUMO’s innovative and disrupter attitude.

Liv Collins

Agency Account Director
Liv kicked off her career agency-side in 2010 but before settling down for the long-term, Liv decided on a hiatus to go see the world. After 3 years away, she landed in Australia and jumped at the opportunity to work for an up-and-coming retail DOOH business in Sydney. Deciding to return home mid-2018, her experience of working with digital technology, agencies, clients packaged with an amazing attitude were perfect qualities for her to take up a new role at LUMO.

Chloe van Diepenbrugge

Agency Account Manager
Chloe was destined to carve out a career in media sales. She was immersed in the industry throughout her younger years with mum a long-time media agency executive, who is still actively involved.

She has already accumulated several years in media sales experience and found her love for Out-Of-Home whilst working the last two years at VMO. During her time there, she worked across a wide range of media agencies, developed many strong relationships and was driven by her goal of always putting the client’s needs front and centre.

Chloe was ready for the next chapter in her career and chose LUMO to help her raise the bar, expand her horizons and because she wanted to become an integral part of NZ’s fastest growing digital out-of-home brand.

Sarah Sutcliffe

Campaign & Reports Executive
Sarah first entered the world of OOH back in 2008 with Eye Corp as their Operations Coordinator and immediately discovered how much she enjoyed the industry while helping to manage multiple campaigns and creative ideas. After taking some time out to focus on her young family, Sarah was eager to get back into the dynamic outdoor advertising sector.

Robin Arnold

Chief Technology Officer
Robin has been involved in the technology industry for over 15 years in New Zealand and the UK, including many of the largest digital projects and installations across the UK and Europe, the redevelopment of the iconic Piccadilly Lights being a highlight. Robin kept in regular contact with both Phil and Kent and when offered this CTO role at LUMO, he jumped at the chance to join this fast-growing DOOH enterprise.

Josh McWilliams

Direct Sales Manager
Armed with an Auckland University of Technology B.Com (Marketing and Advertising) and with over a decade of direct sales experience in media. The immediacy and flexibility of digital means no campaign is too big or too small for Josh. He loves building meaningful relationships and is keen and ready to help his advertising clients explore the advantages LUMO’s digital outdoor network has to offer in this everchanging and dynamic media-landscape.

Charlie McCubbine

Direct Account Manager
Originally from the United Kingdom, Charlie came to New Zealand for a two week snow-boarding holiday back in 2012 and loved the country so much she decided to stay. While living in Queenstown, she worked in the hospitality industry, working her up the management ladder to be an operations manager for a local food and beverage establishment. After gaining residency in 2017, she moved to Auckland to pursue a dream-career in media sales. After three years at Mediaworks in radio, TV and digital sales, she joined LUMO and is particularly excited about working in one of the most innovative and advanced DOOH practitioners in the world.

Hamish Smith

Marketing Manager
Hamish has over a decade of experience in both marketing and event roles. Specialising in digital strategy; he has delivered campaigns for clients across a broad range of industries, winning a number of awards along the way. More recently he was Head of Digital for a local media agency which saw him grow as a leader and head up innovation within the company. He jumped at the chance to join the LUMO team, to use his creativity and experience to help LUMO lift the bar in this very dynamic and fast growing industry.

Jane Bishop

Financial Controller
Jane is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years’ experience. She has spent the majority of her career in the banking sector both in New Zealand and the UK and in more recent years in the commercial insurance, property & development sectors. When the opportunity came up in 2016 to be involved with LUMO as a start-up media business, she jumped at the chance to work in a new enterprise and loves the new media business experience.

Ben Cook

LUMO Sales Manager, Australia
Ben is busy representing LUMO in the Australian market and is excited about the depth and breadth of opportunity this initiative presents. Ben has been in media sales for much of his working life is well-liked and respected right across the agency spectrum and loves being part of the LUMO family from his side of the ditch. He is excited about helping advertisers and agencies in the Australian market realise the potential LUMO has to offer them in the premium large format digital billboard space in NZ.

Lynette Wakerley

Lynette is a member of the CAANZ, a qualified Accounting Technician and is currently working towards completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. Although new to the OOH world, Lynette brings with her over 15 years’ accounting experience working for a variety of industries both here and overseas. She is excited being part of a growing business, with a team who are passionate about what they do. She is looking forward to seeing LUMO’s future unfold.


Shannon Walsh

Director and Board Chairman
Shannon has extensive experience in the legal and finance sectors. He is co-founder of Clearmont Group, a diversified investment company with interests in finance, commercial property, retirement, and media. Shannon brings with him strong commercial, financing, and governance expertise to the board. As company Chair, he enjoys active engagement with the dynamic LUMO team and supporting their ambitious vision.

Craig Greenwood

Craig is co-founder of Clearmont Group a diversified investment company with interests in finance, commercial property, retirement, and media. Craig was formerly a successful stock broker in NZ and the UK, which combined with starting and growing a number of businesses over the years, he brings considerable business experience and commercial acumen to his role as director of LUMO.

Connel McLaren

Connel represents the business interests of the McLaren family, a large investor in Private Equity, Direct Equity and Commercial Property projects, both here in NZ and USA. Connel firmly believes a great team with innovative products and customer solutions are critical to sustained business success. As such, he is an enthusiastic, long term investor in NZ businesses that are scalable, positively disruptive, customer centric and owned and operated by passionate and talented people; just like LUMO.
